This chapter about work and energy was really heavy with information. There are many more formulas to add to the ones we have learned so far. There are symbols that I have never seen before in math equations, such as the triangle. In one part it talks about the difference in height and is represented by a triangle and the letter h. Does the triangle represent "the difference in"? As we talk about work and energy needed to complete it makes me think of this class and how tired I get when trying to understand these concepts ;) One thing that rings a bell for me is that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only transform. Different types of energy include thermal, gravitational potential energy, electric, chemical, radiant and nuclear energy. I remember learning about this in school so many years ago also.]
