Discuss the different skills you have that will help you in the workplace. Tell us what soft skills, adaptive skills, hard skills, jobspecific skills, and transferable skills you may possess. Do you feel that any particular course you have taken during your college journey will be beneficial to you, such as Microsoft Word or Text Editing?

Then tell us what you may need to fill your skills gap. For example, do you know that you need to work on time management or better communication? Maybe you have a bad habit of being late for appointments and work. What steps do you plan to take to improve these issues before seeking employment?
