I have reasons to believe that the article gives out a hyperbolic characteristic. But one thing that I was able to pick up from the article and by analyzing the data given, is the fact that they are not the most accurate. The article encapsulates that the quit rate at the moment is at an all-time high, but the author has used a vast amount of exaggeration within the text, which in fact makes it challenging to grasp the accuracy of the information it holds. The data also represents only the quit rate per month, which I believe is not the most suitable measure when talking about this topic. It does not bring out how many people are resigning, or how many reasons why they are making the decision to do so. The article on the other hand brings out the idea that employees are leaving their positions because of the increased confidence related to their career prospects. Overall, I believe all the facts that I have mentioned make the article slightly inaccurate, but it was an interesting read.
