It can be challenging when job searching but being able to keep an open mind it can open up many opportunities. Reliability is refereed to as consistency of a measure and validity is the extent to which the scores from measures represents the variable they are intended to (Paul 2023). These both are important factors when being considered within a new hiring decision. When reviewing and seeing how the organization I am currently working for, reliability and validity are an important factor for our organization. It is important to consider within new applicants and seeing there full potential, in making the work environment more effective. They also focus on the culture and making sure every individual focuses on respecting one another as well as power awareness. This is important because knowing your surroundings and how important it is to be aware of how you are responding from each individual, can have an affect on your work culture and environment. When seeing how different managements have there own way of learning
