Respond to this discussion: This weeks video was over homework with the grade levels. That one well known standard is the 10 minute homework rule, so each grade for example if it was 2nd grade it would be 20 minutes. Of course every teacher knew that every child was different. I felt like to much homework is to much for the students. I feel like the students do enough work at school as it is. I think once they get home they should have a break away from any school. I see how some parents as soon as they get home start homework that way they at least have some time to play before getting ready for school the next day. In the video it says how the test levels start to drop in middle school and there is so much stress levels. They pile so much on the students. Some much homework is so unhealthy for the students
