This would cause the habitat to be disturbed and many pronghorn will have to relocate. Development may also affect the drinking water of Laramie both in quantity and quality. By building more homes, the population of Laramie may rise. Depending on what work is available during this time, this can be both a good or a bad thing for employment and economics. The cost of this develop in terms of private marginal costs would affect the University of Wyoming. These include the cost of construction, labor, supplies, and even the cost of maintaining and running this golf course and condominiums. The cost of this develop in regards to social marginal costs would include many of the conflicts I mentioned earlier such as environmental impacts, water impacts, and even economic impacts through job security and urbanization
