My fave mobile shopping app v Katie Todd posted Oct 10, 2022 4:07 PM 3:} Subscribe I'd never really thought about this before, but it's probably going to have to be Amazon because I use it so much when making online purchases. The Amazon app is very user friendly, easy to search, and, well, it's got just about everything I need at a lower price than other places. What I go to the Amazon app for is convenience and the fact that it pretty much always meets my expectations. If I want to buy something, it's very likely that Amazon will have it. All l have to do is search and the item will come up - as well as a bunch of alternatives that may be better or cheaper. As someone who is concerned with the quality of things I buy, I almost always look up reviews of things if they go above a certain price. With Amazon's reviews being so accessible, it's another reason I find the app so useful. Not only can I find what I want, but I can read about other people's experiences with the product and use those to make a decision to go ahead and purchase or not. And then it's got all of my payment information neatly saved. It takes seconds to make a purchase. This is great for me... and, of course, for Amazon's business. I'm not too happy about that last part, and yet I do still use the app often. Prime used to be a draw, but now that they no longer do next day delivery, it's less of one. However, Prime delivery being less effective hasn't put me off yet. The fact is that Amazon has all of my info and | just need to click a few times to buy something. For anything else, I'd need to download a new app, have access to fewer or more limited products, and enter my payment and address details. The convenience and "one stop shop" nature of Amazon just beats the rest out. So far, I haven't had anv trouble with using the app
