Response to this question in Contract Management class on this case Study$-$Even so$,$ Company A took the time to explain the clause in detail once the contract was signed, so there would be no misunderstanding. Since that was outside the contract itself, do you think that detail should have been allowed in the appellate court$$s review of the case? Why or why not?
