"Retail Outlet Order" Report Specifications: This is a detailed operational report that is produced as required and sent to each Retail Outlet. The following is to appear on the report: o Full name and address of the Retail Outlet [same specs as for supplier name and address] o The Retail Outlet ID number [9999] o Contact Name and telephone number complete with area code The date of the report o The name and contact number of our Sales Representative who processed the order o Provide a list of the products carried by the Retail Outlet sorted by each prod- uct: Item description Item ID number Quantity ordered in the previous three [3] months Recommended quantities to be ordered over the next two [2] months o The bottom portion must be a turnaround document that will contain at least the following information: The Retail Outlet ID number The Retail Outlet Name The list of the item ID number and description and the quantities to be or- dered An underlined space on the right-hand side, adjacent to each product is needed to allow the retail outlet to adjust the recommended quantities if required " A space for signature and stamp of approving authority for the retail outlet.
