Rev. Hatmaker clearly had serious problems working under Rev. Stafford. Few employers would want to continue a working relationship that is so fraught with problems. That said, do you view the actions taken by the Medical Center as appropriate?
Would you have done anything different, before or instead of suspending her for 30 days "to give her a chance to express willingness to put her feelings about Stafford behind her?"
