Review the 6 dimensions of health on pg. 7. Trying to learn balance and excelling in each of the 6 dimensions are what we strive for in life. It is often hard to find balance in all dimensions, and we find that when one dimension is impacted (good or bad), the others are as well whether we realize it or not. I want you to come up with a SPECIFIC scenario where you include an individual who portrays the 6 dimensions. It's up to you on whether you want your example to include someone who lacks in each dimension, excels in each dimension, or has a colnbination of both. The concept of this discussion is to get you thinking about how the 6 dimensions apply to us in real life by coming up with an example. In turn it will help you see the interconnection of the 6 dimensions. You will see as we move along in the class how these dimensions become more relevant and how the information we learn can teach us to boost our own dimensions. For example, you will come up with a specific story about Larry (you can use whatever name you want).
