revise this paragraph: It does not seem that the gallons of water that we have already paid for, based off the estimated bills we received for both billing periods 10/1/2023-12/31/2023 & 1/1/2024-3/31/2024, was ever subtracted from the ACTUAL read that was obtained. We are consistently being told that the 19,449 gallons of water was the actual read from the water meter, which means that is the TOTAL usage of water between the period of 10/1/2023-3/31/2024. Regardless of how the gallons of water usage are divided between the two different billing statements of 10/1/2023-12/31/2023 & 1/1/2024-3/31/2024, the total usage is the total usage. And we have paid for a total of 14,962 gallons of water already. The two bills we received contained estimated gallons of water usage, and we paid for that. We were not even aware that these were estimates at the time
