I will say since I have been with the organization it appears that that the processes that are out of the change agents' control have been challenging (Cagley,2016) The use of the flow charts provides a clear idea of the results of the organizations is attempting to achieve and keeps employees on track. This process is a smaller part of a larger system thinking system that Sysco is rolling out (Zhu, P. n.d.). We obtain the desired results, but it does appear at times to be chaotic.
