I will need to research CSR practices within my industry to ensure alignment with industry norms and expectations. The firm's CSR efforts should align with the company's core values and mission to ensure integration into the business strategy. I think that implementing CSR in my firm with help foster an enhanced brand reputation, increase customer loyalty, and improve employee morale. I think that if I have a strategy on how CSR will be incorporated and develop strategies the firm will be able to long-term financial gain as these practices become important to stakeholders
