Roberto goes hired at a new Tech firm and he is very grateful to be hired because he heard that people of color do usually get hired in this firm. He notices that although he was hired in the firm, he found that people were already grouped into their own friend groups, and he was not invited to be part of any of them. Management or the team members did not make an effort to accommodate him in their work culture.
