• who is the competitor now and who will it be in the future?
• what are the key competitors' strategies, objectives and goals?
• how important is a specific market to the competitors and are they committed enough to continue to invest?
• what unique strengths do the competitors have?
• what changes are likely in the competitors' future strategies?
• do they have any weakness that make them vulnerable?
• what changes are likely in the competitors' future strategies?
• what are the implications of competitors' strategies on the market, industry and one's own company?
