1 . Andy Laurent, a researcher on organizational culture, studies the partnerships that occur between companies from Russia, Japan and Bangladesh. In his research, Laurent put forward several statements related to the issue of cultural and organizational dynamics to provoke reactions from the three state representatives towards their organizations, partner organizations, and their partnerships. The following is the result of mapping the three countries using the Hofstede cultural dimensions concept.
