Saif has recently bought a mango farm in Dibba, Fujairah. The demand for mangoes and mango related products has increased over the last five years. He has decided that besides selling fresh mangoes he wants to make dried mango and mango chutney once the mango season has finished. He has a number of farm workers as well as people working in the factory to process the mangoes. He has also bought a new humidifier to dry the mangoes as well as a delivery vehicle. The workers have been divided into groups where some are picking the mangoes, others are washing the mangoes and the others are packing.
