Sal and Karen have been closely monitoring the Waterfront Redevelopment plans for the West Harbour area of Hamilton Ontario.As recent graduates of the Hotel and Restaurant Operations program at Niagara College, they share a dream of opening a new restaurant together and believe that a location in the soon-to-be revitalized West Harbour area would be ideal.

Sal and Karen know that you have been taking a business law course and have come to you with the plans for their restaurant, a casual burger place to be known as "McDowell's".In order to attract customers to the restaurant, there are plans to erect a giant "Golden Arc" in front of the building.McDowell's will serve a basic menu at first, including the signature sandwich, the Big Mick.They will also serve giant sized "Quarter Kilo" and "Quarter Kilo with Cheese" sandwiches.
