Dr. Hibbert is a part owner of a cosmetic surgery clinic called NipTuck Partners. NipTuck Partners is a general partnership with the partners being Dr. Hibbert who owns 70% and Dr. Nick Riviera who owns 30%. Dr. Hibbert recommended to Homer that he get monthly botox injections. For Homer's first treatment, Dr. Hibbert assigned the task of administering the injections to one of his nurses. That nurse had only recently graduated with her nursing degree. The nurse mistakenly gave Homer double the usual dose. Homer's eyes bulged out so big that he could not see very well for a month. Consequently, he could not go to work at the nuclear power plant.
