Sam Kelly was driving along Hwy 29 when he was hit by a driver (Adam Fisher) who ran a stop sign. In the accident he broke his leg. He wants to sue Adam Fisher in court alleging he was negligent. Interestingly, Rick Rock was video-taping and managed to capture the entire accident on camera. Rick Rock is available to be a witness at trial. The engineer stated that the skid marks indicated that the Adam Fisher did not come to a complete stop.
