As a project group, select at least two from the project management QUALITY TOOLfishpone diagram and check chart to identify basic issues faced in any one of the processes above.

Each group must select at least one from the quality tool as well as the process applied by Scarf

Inc.

Presentation must be in power point, but submission should be a word document in a report format which should include introduction, abstract, methodology, result analysis/discussion, recommendations), conclusion and references. Max of 5 pages.
