Scenario 4 Sophia is a waitress at The Lounge, 3 bar located within The Continent Hotel. As a waitress, her tasks include taking customers' orders, serving them meals, and attending to their dining needs. Aside from her role as a waitress, she is also an active member of the restaurant's WHS committee. Sophia is scheduled to attend a meeting alongside the rest of the committee. Just recently, all staff were oriented about The Lounge's new procedures for igniting drinks. This is due to the increase in re and heat-related incidents in the workplace that can only be caused by the aming drinks menu. In line with that, the group will be oriented on monitoring the revised practices for serving aming drinks. The WHS committee was refreshed of the specic changes to the policy. Each committee member was assigned a shift where they are tasked to remind other personnel to follow these new practices. The members were also instructed to report the employees' feedback to the changes, especially issues or concerns.
