Roger Fitz has been a client in your database for more than four years, but since you settled his owner-occupied home loan 3 years ago, you have failed to keep the relationship going and has not contacted him.

You just received a notification from your system that his 3 years fixed interest rate home loan is expiring and you would like to offer him a Health Check that could potentially lead to a refinance application.

Your previous notes and analysis show that the client was concerned about variable interest rates and was set on having fixed monthly repayments to be able to better budget his expenditures.

This assessment will require you to write a personalised cold email to Roger Fitz, for who you settled a $500,000 mortgage loan three years ago.

Using the email template provided you will need to email to Roger. Which must include the following:

• Provide an overview of the service you would like to offer
• Highlight how your service could benefit him
• Inform the client of your role as his adviser
• Encourage the client to express his needs and objectives to reach a favourable outcome
