Your team is also responsible for managing the relationship with the suppliers and organising the regular team meeting to plan for periodic sales activities and marketing promotions. In addition, the company has the following policies and procedures:
All marketing presentations must be conducted with visual aids, and special equipment must be used if the target audience needs special support.
Before any marketing presentations, a team leader or supervisor must conduct an informal team meeting to confirm all requirements are prepared for the presentations.
For all marketing communication in social media and email, outbound written communication must be checked by the team leader, and the draft must be tested by the team members.
