You are the MIS Head of an organization and you will be initiating and launching the implementation of cloud computing. You are part of an organization where there are people who technically knows cloud computing and people who do not know anything about it.

Question: How can you be able to introduce and implement cloud computing in this kind of environment? Remember, there are easy person and difficult people in every organization.

You may explain your answer by building the cloud infrastructure and cloud architecture that you are planning to implement. Identify your organization and the nature of your organization for clearer discussion. The organization may be existing (of known brands) or any fictional organization.
