You established a partnership with Maya Leung, one of your classmates from Centennial College, since you worked well together throughout the paralegal program. Kyla Field came into your office on Sept 20, 2021 because she thinks she might need legal advice and possibly representation. Likewise, you are unsure whether you will be able to help her because she gave you only basic details about her situation. Unfortunately, Ms. Field arrived just minutes before you were scheduled to meet with another client, so you were unable to gather further details about her case. Maya was not able to interview her because she was temporarily away from the office. Ms. Field provided you with her contact information and her consent to receive communications from you.
