Task:

You are hiring a software developer to develop a software for your company, but this software must be restricted from local competitors.

Write some terms & conditions which you think must obey by the developers and must be a part of contract (at least 10)

Few terms to discuss are:

cost, time, quality, types of document, source codes, tools, testing procedures, license, confidentiality, copyright, installation and maintenance, delay, accidental conditions etc.

Guidelines:

Template should be following as a professional contract with supposed dates and amounts.
