Search the internet and find a company who has committed fraud. Make sure that you select a company specific to your pathway. Make sure to cite at least two scholarly resources for your information (Do not use Wikipedia).

In your initial post answer the following:

• What fraudulent activity the company was involved in and the outcome...describe in detail what they did and how they got caught and the consequences.
• List and describe the four Control Procedures as discussed in the textbook.
• Based on the company's fraudulent activities, discuss in sufficient detail which of the Control Procedure(s) you feel should have been in place to help the company avoid/prevent the fraudulent activity and discuss why you selected this Control Procedure over the others that were available.
• Discuss a time when you observed a fellow employee exhibit a habit that you felt could be fraudulent. What do you feel could have been done to prevent it.
