However, although flexibility can support work life balance, not all flexible working practices may better employees' work life balance: (a) Which flexible working arrangements are likely to enable employees to improve their work life balance? On the other hand, which flexible working arrangements might negatively impact on an individual's work life balance? Justify your answers.
