Create a PowerPoint presentation to explain project management concepts and benefits (5-10 slides). 30 pts 2. Create a handout with a list of key project management terms, including a definition of each term. 20 pts 3. In your presentation, provide an example of an imaginary project with at least six tasks. Assign task durations and dependencies that include all types of task patterns. Create a Gantt chart that displays the project. 15 pts 4. Use the Task 3 example to create a PERT/CPM chart. 10 pts Here is the GanttProject software if needed to create a Gantt chart - ganttproject-2.6.6- r1715.exe You will be turning in 2 files, the Power Point (or other presentation file), and a 1 page document for the project management terms.
