Select a real-world organization and identify a performance area in which new or revised training may be appropriate. For the organization, you can select your workplace or any organization that you are familiar with through your personal or professional connections (eg. a student, community, or volunteer organization). The potential training issue that you identify must be current and not already being addressed with training. In other words, do not use an issue that happened in the past and for which training was used to correct the issue. You must select an organization and potential training issue for which you can obtain data using the methods provided in the How to Conduct a Training Needs Assessment resource provided in week 3's course materials. Note that this may require interviewing or surveying employees in the organization.
