Write a report of your work to the Chief Executive Officer to present your plan for introducing or improving information systems that will create competitive advantages for the selected organisation. The students could assume the role as a team of consultants engaged by the organisation for this purpose. The students as a group need to clearly communicate to convince the CEO to adopt the plan in their report.

The report shall comprise research, analysis, and concepts application presented with the following attributes:

Competitive advantage of the organization.

Business process and a graphical diagram of the process.

Business Information System a proposed system design which includes relevant databases to enhance the organizations competitive advantage and business process.

The report should also have a good balance of pertinent diagrams charts and tables wherever relevant to make it look professional and reading interesting. The report should be less than 1500 words excluding tables, charts, diagrams and appendices.
