Identify an administrative law agency or body that you will either 1) Create or 2) Modify substantially. (Refer to a textbook for "enabling legislation" and "intelligible principle")

Depending on the jurisdiction you have selected, draft legislation or a Board Motion to create or modify the administrative law agency/body.

Research the background and public policy rationale for the creation or modification. Also, research examples of recently enacted or pending legislation/Board motions to serve as examples for your own project.
