2. Go to scholar.google.com.

3. Conduct a case law search and limit your jurisdiction to New Jersey.

4. Find a case that was decided in a New Jersey Court that discusses the concept that you decided to research. Make sure that the case relates to contract law. Finally, make sure that this is a case that you are looking forward to reading. Now, answer the following questions:

• What is the name of the case?
• What is the URL of the case?
• What is the legal concept that we studied in Module 7 that the case illustrates?
• The case must be about a contract. How do you know that the case is a case about a contract?
