Select the most effective solution for the following meeting problem: Confusion about objectives and expectations. Set expectations and objectives clearly at the beginning of the first meeting and include this on the agenda that is sent out prior to the meeting. Discuss each person's role and reason for attending the meeting in the beginning and/or include this on the agenda. Select a separate leader and facilitator. Have the facilitator call time outs for process checks as necessary. Select a facilitator who will bring people back on task as they see the conversation wandering away from its original purpose.
