Develop a plan for assuring safety in real time

1. Define a set of 3 relevant metrics (1 for each threat type) and describe an automated collection mechanism

2. Describe an automated analysis process which determines whether exposure indicates:

Green - very safe

Yellow - some concern

Red - not safe

3. Design a process which automatically escalates if exposure and awareness are out of sync

4. Describe an analogous system/process for maintaining safety/control of a software development effort
