Monica will need to present the announcement to the Winston and Chase leadership team for final approval so it would be helpful to validate as many qualifications as possible with creditable (cited) sources. Monica would also like you to generate an interview score sheet, listing the personal characteristics the candidate should demonstrate as part of the application interview. Do not generate interview questions, only the traits and behaviors that should surface during the interview. Monica also reminded you that the persons who fill these positions will be the next generation of ADR service providers at Winston and Chase.
