Should children under 12 be allowed to have access to social media (e.g., should they be allowed to have an Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter or Facebook account or something similar?)

What social media apps would you want to make sure that they do not have access to?

What concerns/restrictions come to mind when you consider this issue? *note: most of these sites indicate that 13 is the minimum age, but statistics indicate that large numbers of "tweens" have these accountsmany with their parent's knowledge!
