The manager of these franchises is in the process of evaluating the performance of these units during the past year in order to make recommendations on how much of an annual bonus to pay each units manager. He would like to base this decision, in part, on how efficiently each unit has been operated. The outputs he has chosen include each unit's revenue, total score from all surveys collected from all customers rating the restaurant's quality in terms of satisfaction and cleanliness on a scale of 1-10. The single input he is using for this study is total labor hours. He would like to determine how efficient each unit is compared to the others.
