Some costs we have studied in this course and BUSI 2113 can easily be assigned a monetary value. However, for other supply chain aspects it is much more challenging to calculate the cost or value in monetary terms. These include, and are not limited to, the value/cost of

-supplier relationships,

-a new product idea,

-customer satisfaction,

-employee satisfaction in assigning work,

-some quality attributes,

-value of information, and

-sustainable operations.
