Some European nations are considering the creation of a $$right to delete$$ or $$right to be forgotten$$ online. This right would allow anyone to request that websites take down their personal information, as long as it is not in the public interest. For example, a person would be able to request that Facebook delete her unflattering photograph, provided the image is not newsworthy. Is this law a good idea? Do you think it would work?
