Step 1: After selecting and exploring two companies (IBM and Adobe Inc), compare the criteria used to rank these companies. Which criteria impacted the ranking of each company? How effective were these criteria in ranking each company? Does the ranking reflect a realistic industry and customer perception of each company? Why or why not?
