Step 2:Decide if you will make a vision board for a company of your choosing OR yourself as a future manager (of any organization). I strongly encourage you to do one for yourself, as it helps you focus your goals, both long and short-term. But, if you're not ready to commit to a management position, a company of your choosing is a suitable second choice.

Step 3: make either a digital or hard-copy vision board for your choice in Step 2. (You can also use the templates shared at the bottom of the article linked above).Include the following categories:

• People: Who inspires you, represents your goals, or leads the company you've chosen. Who influences you or the company?
• Goals: What do you or the company want to achieve in the immediate, short and long-term future?
• Imagery:What pictures, logos, visuals or other images embody the style and goals of you or your company?
• Text:Include various quotes, slogans, or tagline that support the vision and goals of either you or the company - but DON'T make it too text heavy. Vision boards are primarily visual.
• Other:Get creative and include whatever other content you believe supports and enhances your vision board.
