Students are expected to define the contingency factors (environment, size, technology and strategy) of an organization that they will choose and discuss the appropriate organizational structure (Mechanistic vs Organic) according to the contingecy factors. Discussion should include argument about why these structural characteristics should be used (standardization- mutual adjustment; centralization- decentralization; integration). The project will be of maximum 5 pages long.
