Students are required to provide a real-life project which failed, or some part of the project failed. You must research to understand why the project failed and what would you do to succeed in the project, if you were appointed as a Project Manager. Students will make presentations at the beginning of each class throughout the semester. Please do not exceed 3-Minute presentation time. Total weighting: 5% of the total assessment. Prepare 3-PPT Slides: Slide 1: Your Introduction (introduce yourself, and your expectations from this course) Slide 2: Project Failure Slide 3: Suggested Solutions The instructor will assess the following aspects of your presentations: - Time - Content - Presentation Style - Research (Failure part) - Suggested Solution part
