Students will act as the HR Consultant interested in being hired as a trainer for a selected company. Management is concerned with ongoing performance problems and a lack of training in their organization. You have been asked to diagnose the training problem, conduct a needs analysis, and to create a training program following the Instructional Systems Design Model of Training and Development (page 25 of the textbook or see attachment). Specifically, management (the Professor and your fellow classmates) want to leam what you see as training based solutions, after you have completed the needs analysis and have determined the training program you feel would be beneficial for the organization Final Paper (10% of mark) 1.
