Comsense Bhd is one of the T-shirt manufacturers in Malaysia. At present, they are in the midst of preparing for their short term and long-term plan of the company. Generally, there are three (3) competitive market players which are Universal Bhd, Bundle Bhd, and Frost Bhd. To stay competitive means the company needs to find and implement best practices of the industry. Looking at the current market conditions, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) thinks it is time to re-examine their current practices and his approach is to start with benchmarking
