A MODERN VIEW OF CONFLICT

Conflict occurs when one party perceives that its interest or being opposed or negatively affected by another party. The word reminds us that sources of conflictandissuescan be real or imagined, just like perceptionsfor fairness. Alike a fairness, perceived or real, is a major source of conflict at work.
