Suppose your 70 year old neighbor received a new cell phone for her birthday. Your mom has asked you to go over and show her how to use it. What type of physical and cognitive differences typically seen in older adults would you expect to see in your neighbor as she uses the phone? You can use information from the textbook or class lecture.

Also, describe how you would train your neighbor based on these expected differences? Be as specific as you can. Note that you may need to qualify some of your ideas based on the type of phone you image that they have, but you don't need to use any technical language (any more so than you'd use with a friend - unless this seems relevant!)
